Welcome to the first edition of the Monthly View from Veriex.
This newsletter will keep you up to date with what we are seeing in the market, the success that consultants in our network have seen, top projects that we are deploying consultants to right now, and announcements of additional services that Veriex is offering to the network of consultants.
As we enter the spring and summer periods of 2023, we are seeing an uplift in requirement interest across our client base and having positive conversations about pitches taking place in a variety of sectors.
These sectors include working in disciplines such as operational excellence, workplace transformation, and IT system implementation.
My prediction for the coming months is that we will be seeing even more demand for Independent Consultants across the whole of our client base in areas such as digital transformation, energy & sustainability, security cleared project management, and operational excellence. As always, we will be reaching out to consultants in the Veriex network to discuss the opportunities with you.

Successes in the network
We are delighted to report that we have recently deployed 6 Diversity & Inclusion Consultants across Europe to deliver a suite of groundbreaking awareness-building interventions on topics such as Inclusive Leadership, Privilege Awareness, Allyship, and dealing with conflict inclusively. Our client has been delighted with the quality of the delivery and knowledge the consultants who have been deployed on the project have shown.
We are looking forward to developing these relationships further.
We are also excited to announce that we have now also expanded our services further to Latin America, where we have successfully deployed a Principal Consultant in Mexico onto a complex systems migration project. The Consultant will be working across 6 different regions and lead the Shared Service Centre Migrations and gather all the financial benefits, on a 12-month contract. We are looking forward to seeing the result come to fruition.

As we mentioned above, we are currently working on some interesting opportunities with our clients. A pick of the top projects is below.
Security Cleared - Workplace Designer
UK - 12-month contract
Working with a leading Workplace Change Consultancy in the public sector to relocate office spaces across the UK.
Successful associates need to have Estate Transformation experience within the public sector, specifically government organisations.
All associates must have security clearance to be considered for this role.
Principal Consultant
France - 9-month contract
Based in Paris on a hybrid working model with an established Operations Excellence Consultancy.
The project will involve working on a people transformation in the insurance sector which will include organisational design and restructuring of workforces.
All consultants must be based in, or around, the Paris area.
Project Manager
UK - 12 months contract
Working with a leading US strategy consulting firm who is expanding into Europe.
Associates must have proven ability to execute rigorous, analytically intensive work, including financial modelling, and can demonstrate mastery of Excel and Visio / other process mapping tools for both quantitative analysis and process documentation.
Associate’s experience preferably comes from the Financial Services.

What’s happening at Veriex?
Veriex is working hard to offer services that enrich the experience that Independent Consultants receive in the market. We are here to support all Independent Consultants across the globe, so they are able to position themselves correctly and are well-supported to deliver even the most complex of projects.
This is why we are pleased to confirm that we have agreed a partnership with a consultancy skills training company called Honeycomb and will soon be launching our own Veriex Learning Academy. The academy will be aimed at supporting Independent Consultants to build or refresh their consulting skills, which they can then take to the market to deliver to clients. Honeycomb is made of experienced Management Consultants, all of whom are ex-big 4 or from MBB firms and have created a programme of best practice consulting skills. More details to follow…
